Refund Policy
Digital Content Policy
Due to the nature of digital audio content, all sales are final. Once you have purchased and downloaded audio files or gained access to digital content, we are unable to offer refunds. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
Preview Before Purchase
We provide preview versions of all our audio content to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to listen to the previews to ensure the content meets your expectations before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing download or access to purchased content
- Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours)
- Content not matching the description provided
- Defective or corrupted files that cannot be resolved through technical support
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under our exceptions policy, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the following information:
- Your order number
- Date of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence of technical problems (if applicable)
Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Bundle Purchases
Bundles are sold as complete packages. If you purchase a bundle, refunds cannot be issued for individual items within the bundle. The refund policy applies to the bundle as a whole.
Promotional and Discounted Items
Items purchased during promotional periods or at discounted prices are subject to the same refund policy as regular-priced items. Sale prices do not affect your eligibility for a refund under our exceptions policy.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for refunds on any purchases made. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests from accounts that have violated our terms.
